Hello, I’m Karina. I specialise in bringing multidisciplinary teams together to turn big ideas into impactful projects. With a background in arts and culture, I thrive at the intersection of culture, business, and leadership. I’m equally comfortable with big-picture visioning and hands-on execution, and I’m passionate about the environment, culture, and technology. I love collaborating with teams and tackling projects that make the world a better place.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve held senior leadership roles in the cultural sector and worked as a digital professional, managing projects and leading teams to craft compelling stories and create engaging audience experiences.
A couple of years ago, my lifelong love for nature led me to take a leap into the conservation sector. It’s been an exciting and rewarding shift, letting me bring my skills to the urgent work of protecting and restoring our planet.
Currently, I’m the Head of Wedgetail Foundation and leading the strategic operations for our conservation properties in Tasmania, including The Quoin in the Midlands.
